Starting The New Year Right

Way to go, BC! I got on my trainer instead ... stretching and ab crunches still to come, as they're part of my bedtime wind-down. Tomorrow it's lower body weights right after work, then upper body weights when I get home. I'll be bumping up the weight for my biceps curls and shoulder presses, and I'm looking forward to the challenge.
