Sooo...I'll be updating my progress this week and hopefully I won't end up in the crazy house. :)~
A cyclist can come across a lot of adversity while trying to train and enjoy the sport of cycling as it's not always black and white, but how they deal with that adversity may alter their success for the better or for the worst. This blog is about what I'm going through as a cyclist while trying to be a husband, father, and working for the “man”. Of course life is more involved than that, but this is one piece of it...my piece...more or less.

So far, so good
I'm just getting this started so I have some catching up to do, actually I have to catch you up on what I've been doing. I started my training program on December 1st and have ridden or tried to ride 5 days a week with 2 days of weight training on Tuesday and Thursday. So far I have ridden 1,041 miles and unfortunately most of those have been on the rollers with only 5 days of outside riding. This week is a regeneration week so tomorrow I'll only be doing about 2 hours and another 2 on Sunday. Monday is a rest day and then I ride 1.5 hrs Tuesday, 1.75 on Wednesday, 1.5 on Thursday, rest day on Friday, 2.75 on Saturday and finally 2.5 hrs on Sunday. Again, most of those hours will be spent on the rollers and by the end of the week I'll be delirious with cabin fever, something like this......
